Victoria is Three Months Old

Victoria is coming up on three months and is doing fantastic! As a matter of fact, last night she slept 8 hours straight (although that might be because we had a big day yesterday shopping and playing at Pops and Gigi's house). Needless to say, I am not holding my breath that she will do the same tonight. As you can see from the pictures, she loves her big brother (and big brother loves her), she has figured out that she can use her feet to move her friends above her, and she took her first swim with Daddy and Riley. She is getting where she loves to play on the floor with Mommy and Riley. But, she always wants to know where Riley is. If she can hear him but can't see him, she looks around for him ... it is just too cute! She loves to talk to us by squealing and girgling and tries to sing when we sing. She is just so sweet!

Last week we had pictures made of Riley and Victoria at JCPennys and here they are!!

She Smiles, Giggles, and Has a Very Poutty Lip

Victoria is really starting to interact with us more and more. She smiles when she sees our faces and giggles when we sing to her (Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes is her current favorite). She does on occasion get the very poutty lip, which makes us giggle and laugh ... it is just too cute.
She is trying to get into a routine during the day, but our many outings lately have made it difficult. She is pretty good about just going with the flow. Our friends, Jason and Kippy, have loaned us their baby swing, which swings her side-to-side at lightning speed ... and she loves it! She naps during the day in the swing and is sleeping at night in her crib. We just moved her to the crib last week and after a few sleepless nights, she has adapted very well!

Swimming Lessons

Riley took swimming lessons and wow, it is amazing how well he is doing after just 5 30 minute lessons. He started off the week not knowing how to swim and being very, very afraid to put his head under water to jumping in the pool and swimming (with a fun noodle tied around his waist) about 10 feet! Too cool!! We are so very proud of him.
